Grief-Informed Reiki Sessions
These sessions are a gentle invitation to rest, release, and be held — especially if you’re carrying grief, navigating loss, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed.
Grief shows up in many ways, and healing is never linear. Through Reiki, I offer a safe, compassionate space to support your nervous system, honor your emotions, and help you reconnect with a sense of calm and inner steadiness — even when the world feels heavy.
You can receive Reiki in the way that best supports you:
In-Person Sessions – Offered in a quiet, nurturing space of your choosing where you can fully relax and receive hands-on / light-touch or no touch energy work.
Distance Sessions – Receive Reiki from the comfort of your own home. We’ll connect briefly before and after to set intentions and gently close the space.
Send Reiki to a Loved One – You can also gift a session to someone in your life who’s grieving or in need of extra support. I’ll hold them in the same sacred care.
All sessions are 30 minutes.
